Well almost six months after my last visit to Methodist hospital in the Houston med center (Jackson's birth), I'm sitting in Dunn Tower again except this time it's my mom who's the patient.
She has what they call an incarcerated umbillical hernea (ignore spelling). Basically her small intestines have ripped through her abdominal muscles and are twisted. Since it's incarcerated (or stuck btwn the muscles and isn't coming out) it requires surgery.
My little bro and sis handled everything last night and couldn't be more proud. My little sis texted me the morning and filled me in.
Mom was taken to the hospital near her house last night and was transported t the med center this morning. We're waiting for her to go into surgery, her doctor is taking his sweet time in calling in the orders. Be praying everything goes smoothly. The photo is the view from the room. (sent from blackjack)
